For the client's project Warranty FIAT CHRYSLER AUTOMOBILE, I work from the back-office platform ensuring quantitative and qualitative work on Assessing/PreAuthority activity. Working in cooperation with the II level assessor, Team leader and post assessor team highlights any technical/process discrepancy proposing specific recovery actions. Responsabilities: • Communicate with II level Assessor, Team Leader and Post assessment team about cases in analysis • Manage day by day warranty claims and/or preapproval according with daily workload • Verify warranty policies and procedures application • Check claims integrity • Check claims correctness according with FCA • Address claims control according with Dealer behaviour and deficiency • Provide claims assessing by operative manual guide line application . Support dealer in their warranties activities
