Work in a carve-out project with workstations migration in TGITS branch for the entity Marketing & Services of Totalenergies. - Ensure a smooth handover of IT services of Totalenergies during the TSA following the sale of fuel stations in Benelux and Germany. - Manage a complex migration with several stakeholders (LIFT O365 tenant migration, EntraID migration, Vnext deployments, retrieval of hardware and laptops) for the headquaters scope (~650 users) based in 4 countries (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany). - Coordinate multiple stakeholders (TotalEnergies branches, offshore teams, affiliates, external teams)

Management of several european projects for IT department of Banque de France. - Manage all technical evolutions of a mutalized plateform hosting european applications along with the Bank of Spain - Coordinate technical teams on migrations with the constraints of costs, planning and security norms. - Define key processes on the mangement of the service offer - Prepare backlog refinements sessions - Provide KPI on the platform evolutions - Advise customer and business teams in terms of technical choices

Development projects - Ensure an operational follow-up of the services requested (technically, contractually and financially) - Handle contracts negotiations with the suppliers - Work on priorities and track deadlines - Take charge of defects follow-up and functional service requests - Coordinate all project stakeholders (Business teams, suppliers, technical and production teams) - Provide a weekly reporting to the management and teams
