• Managing strategic and budget governance for BivwAk! • Team leader of Sustainable Innovation project managers • Acceleration of new offers with a focus on business model and sustainable development, in collaboration with the group's business entities and startups as part of innovation programs (circular economy, mobility, energy transition, intrapreneurship, Data challenge, AI, etc.).

• Build of the BivwAk! Acceleration hub, its methods and tools to support innovation and transformation within BNP Paribas Group and its entities • Design and delivery of methods that support Sustainability strategy; • Managing of 14 Graduate Digital Explorers with different profiles (Data scientist, Data analyst, Digital Project manager and UX Designer) from March 2021 to September 2022.

IFS.alpha launched in 2017, an internal incubator, a cloud operating platform and an experience centre of new ways of working that delivers new products on Agile methodology. My main missions : • Working closely with the projects teams (Product owner, UX, IT) to define their business vision, value proposition of the new service, business case, roadmap and ensure their delivery • Preparing steering committees with Business Mentors and inform CEOs • Start-ups and Fintech market watching and benchmarking to find new business opportunities (mainly oriented on digital and marketplace)

Management and monitoring of strategic transformation programs (Compliance, Risk, Finance, Operations and HR) - Identifying strategic initiatives, building Business cases and applying for investments and approval form the Top management including the CEO and the COO; - Programs monitoring (budget, planning and risk management) and reporting to the CEO and the COO ; - PMO tools implementation (project portfolio dashboard and KPIs, governance framework, social business place to share information and documents).

Marketing, Sales and Collection departments support to deliver strategic initiatives (Omni channel strategy, Process industrialization, Selfcare and Insurance & Savings products) - Team management (11 FTE) and portfolio follow up (7 different applications/20 projects delivered per year equivalent to 1,5 M€) ; - Managing relationships and projects governance with internal and external business partners (Cardif and Direct Assurance) : business cases, steering, projects budget and planning follow up, legal, compliance and IT.

- Target Front Office system (cross business and countries) functional and technical architecture definition - As is architecture and process analysis - Synergies identification - Target architecture proposal for executive committee decision 


Front Office process management and support to local subsidiaries (France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Hungary, Bulgaria)                                               - Defining Omni channel global strategy for sales and after sales processes; - Roll out and adaptation to various geographies : support subsidiaries to implement methodologies and processes to deliver their Omni channel projects.

New operational CRM process and system for sales and after sales - Manage customer relationships with both business and technical resources (architecture team, SI and software partners (Siebel and IBM) - Business requirements analysis, solution and quality validation - Change management, End User training and roll out follow up (100 users)
