– As part of the Internet On Board (IOB) team, I act as the Technical Project Manager (TPM) during the delivery phase, overseeing Validation, Integration, and Verification testing. Once the solution is deployed and transitioned to production, I provide DevOps support to customers. The IOB solution is scalable and adaptable to customer requirements, combining satellite and 5G connectivity with onboard switches and access points to deliver reliable internet service through WIFI on trains. – Client interaction to determine requirements, agree on solutions, review documentation, agree on test plans and present results. – Create project documents in line with requirements and planning: o Documenting the design, including synoptics. o BoM's (Bills of Materials). o Integration documents in case third-party solutions have to be integrated. o Test specifications. o Configuration, training and installation manuals. o Documents for handover to operations. – Responsible for defining and reviewing configuration to match the design objectives. – Responsible for factory acceptance testing, on-site acceptance testing and ensuring the service is being delivered. – Responsible for troubleshooting in case of issues, both by own investigation and by coordinating other teams or manufacturers. Can act as 3rd line support to internal teams. – Hardware integration, interface definition and reviewing schematics

– Support (lvl 3)of field activities on GSM, UMTS, LTE, 5G radio products during the product integration phase on the customer network. – Tasks: – Testing of telecom features – Traces analysis to identify the root causes. – Troubleshooting on client equipment via remote access or on-site. – Reproduction of issues on the Lab. – Provide recovery action or work around to customer. – Help in defining solutions with R&D designers – Follow-up of the corrections – Teamwork with the design, customer team... – Build documents to help the customer on new products and features.

– Within the framework of new projects in the telecom sector, Fixed network engineer. In a production environment, I am in charge of maintaining LAN, MAN and WAN network infrastructures in operational conditions. My missions are: – Ensure, make reliable, and optimize the operational follow-up – Analyze and solve complex incidents – Propose workaround to bypass incidents in order to guarantee service continuity – Be the privileged interlocutor of the customer on network aspects – Study and analyze reporting: dashboards, analysis. – Set up performance indicators – Periodically monitor installations – Participate in network infrastructure evolution projects – Implement technical evolutions of network equipment – Configure the network infrastructure

– General Mission of the Internship – Participate in international projects in collaboration with project leaders, regional teams, and country representatives. – Contribute to computing-related projects to support organizational goals. – Provide assistance with various operational activities, including user support. – Develop a software solution using VBA. – This internship was completed at Renault Group within the Distribution and Information Products department, which is responsible for tools used by the distribution network. The main objective of the internship was to manage updates and improvements to a web application within the information system. These updates were implemented based on analysis and feedback gathered from users across different countries.

– The mission was for supply chain supervision. The purpose of this project was to create/migrate a software supervision dedicated several production line by using the Qt Creator software. It consisted in rewriting/migrate supervision using Qt Creator from Delphi to C++. – Development of a supervision of an assembly line of high-voltage cable C++. – Introduce the code without impact of operational production. – Deployment of the solution on newer Tablet – Optimize by adding additional features as per end users (technicians) needs/suggestions.(exp: displays additional sensors values, add shortcut,...)
