Acting as Head of CCOE and Cloud Program Director, I supported Apave in structuring its Cloud governance model and leading major Cloud transformation programs across Azure, GCP, VMware and sovereign Cloud environments. My scope included the setup of the Cloud Center of Excellence, the redesign of the Microsoft Azure Landing Zone, the implementation of Azure governance across technical, financial and operational dimensions, and the leadership of a Move to Cloud program toward a SecNumCloud-qualified infrastructure. Key responsibilities included: * Structuring the Cloud Center of Excellence: governance model, operating principles, standards, committees, reporting and decision framework. * Leading the Microsoft Azure Landing Zone redesign to build a more secure, governed and scalable Cloud foundation. * Implementing Microsoft Azure governance across technical, financial and operational dimensions: architecture standards, tagging, cost control, FinOps, run processes, monitoring and lifecycle management. * Leading the Move to Cloud program toward a SecNumCloud-qualified sovereign Cloud infrastructure. * Coordinating architecture, infrastructure, security, production, finance, business teams and external partners. * Driving FinOps initiatives: consumption analysis, reservation strategy, cost optimization, budget tracking and executive reporting.
