•Setup, track and report on key performance indicators •Develop and maintain portfolio management dashboard •Identify and ensure effective management of risks including potential project delays and resource conflicts •Monitor unit's Operating budget •Provide guidelines and coach Project Managers in internal processes and tools. •Ensure communication and Change Management

•Provide decision support for the General Project Manager. •Measure project performance against key project performance scope, schedule, quality, cost and risk criteria and implement remedial action, when required. •Responsible for financial management of Maroc Telecom account (Sales, WIP, Marging, cash and overdue). •Make sure that contractual commitments are fulfilled. •Set up Post Implementation reviews for Project closure.

• Managing and controlling the TSC (Technical Support Center) maintenance costs for Europe, Middle East and Africa region (EMEA). • Time tracking Reporting. • Sort out anomalies to deal with variance on a monthly basis between the forecast and the actuals. • Manage claim and disputes with Delivery leaders. • Define the cost catalogue. • Assisting the host Manager for problem Management Tasks • Weekly Meetings with Headcount & Costs Manager.
