Retreeb is a decentralized, ethical payment network redistributing one-third of its fees to fund social and solidarity-based projects. The company raised €2M in 2021 and grew to a team of 15. My responsibilities: - Designed and deployed infrastructure for a microservice-based architecture using Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform, AWS and gitlab CI/CD / Implemented Kafka (with the help of DevOps engineer) - Managed the development & technical strategies of core services: consumer wallet (api & front-end), retailer wallet (api & frontend), payment processor microservice, ethical project financing microservice (Java Spring Boot & MobX React Native) - Managed side-project delivery: hubspot integration microservice (Nest JS), showcase websites (Webflow), Staking platforms (Heroku, smart contracts) - Set up technical management, recruitment policies, and product development processes (Scrum, Asana, sprint process etc.) - Built and scaled a technical team (4 developers, 1 DevOps engineer + external contractors) - Maintained a 30–60% coding involvement, adapting to project phases (MVP, scaling, maintenance) - Used APIs : Sendgrid, Sentry, Twilio, Intergiro (banking as a service api) etc.

RMA is a major Moroccan insurance company. As part of a strategic digital transformation led by McKinsey and Nimbleways (Theodo MEA), I was hired to help design, build, and deploy their new digital platform. My responsibilities : - Led DevOps setup and CI/CD environments using Docker, Podman, OpenShift, GitLab CI, and Jenkins - Managed and coached a 9-person dev team, composed of Nimbleways consultants and internal RMA developers - Contributed to the technical architecture and product specifications - Contributed hands-on to back-end and front-end development (Java Spring Boot, React.js) - Worked closely with the OracleDB/data teams and product stakeholders for feature delivery and data integration
