In my current role, I combine data analysis with leadership to drive store performance. I regularly track and review KPIs such as revenue, conversion rates, and customer retention, turning them into insights that guide both strategy and daily decisions. I create and share sales and operational reports with senior management, ensuring decisions are supported by accurate, data-driven findings. Beyond reporting, I use data from sales trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement, whether in customer experience or operational efficiency. I also lead a team of 4–6 employees, helping them understand performance metrics and use data to grow and achieve results.

This role gave me my first opportunity to work closely with business data and reporting. I managed weekly financial reporting and transaction reconciliation, ensuring accuracy in sales records. I also monitored sales performance and inventory levels, providing management with insights that supported both daily operations and longer-term planning. A key part of my role was analyzing customer behavior and feedback, then sharing patterns during team calls to highlight trends in demand and service. I also supported management with reporting tasks, which helped me build strong foundations in data accuracy, communication, and analysis.
