Developed custom AR invoicing framework and implemented it for AMERICAS region. This has resulted in over 65% reduction in processing time when compared with the existing process. Framework features include: • Generates invoices in PDF, Excel, CSV & RTF formats using BI/XML Publisher “Bursting” and “Sub Template” features. • Uses “Receivables lookups” for invoice specific values and “Receivables Site Use Flex Fields” for customer specific features and values and PL/SQL APIs to get that information. • Uses UNIX scripts for emailing and to FTP invoices. • Generate invoices in large numbers in less time through highly optimized PL/SQL & Reports 10g concurrent programs and BI/XML Publisher “scalable” feature configurations. • Uses SQL*Loader based concurrent programs to load invoice data into Oracle from various brokerage systems after validations. 2. Implemented new AR invoicing concurrent programs using PL/SQL, Reports 10g, BI/XML Publisher Desktop 11g for APAC region.
