Argain has specialised itself in the Management of projects and processes and is making sure to extend it's activity to multiple sectors with still, the main goal to support and satisfy our clients. Thanks to the Consulting firm Argain, I could invest myself and develop my know-how and my skills through internal projects with a strong implication on skill-based sponsorships. Today, I am holding the position of Project owner support for Neoen, the first french independent producer of renewable energies.

Daimler Buses is part of the Daimler Group well-known around the world for its reference brand Mercedes-Benz. Daimler Buses France produces and sales coaches, buses, minibuses to its clients. - Involved in 3 phases of projects : Diagnosis and optimisation of the process, problem solving and change management. - Implemented digitalised solutions (order forms, invoices, e-signatures). - Defined and exploited KPIs from the production and the sales activity (CRM, PGI, sales assistance and database). - Built training kits and animated working groups. - Conducted data collection and analysis, benchmarking, work instructions, procedures and annual inventories of the New Vehicles.

France Biotech is an association with the main goal to support french startups of Health innocation in biotechnologies, medical technologies and e-health. - Realised communication supports for an event (Booklet, ballot papers). - Animated social medias as LinkedIn and Twitter. - E-mailing campaign with a mass invitation management. - Participated in the logistics of the events including the Annual General Meeting with its Board of Directors.
