In charge of managing social platforms and various vouchers at UP Coop Within UP Coop, a company specializing in social-purpose services (CESU, lunch vouchers, Cadhoc…), I oversee the continuity and smooth operation of platforms dedicated to social assistance and various vouchers for institutional clients. Key responsibilities: - Project, team and resource management and coordination. - End-to-end oversight of the order-taking process on beneficiary portals through to payment telecollection, production launch and delivery. - Operational monitoring, planning and facilitation of client meetings. - Supervision of developments, updates and deployments. - Implementation of Agile methodologies, risk management, and compliance with GDPR and security standards. - Change management / RFC handling in GLPI and CAB presentations in line with ITIL best practices. - 30% reduction in change request processing time through the introduction of AI workflows (Claude Code, Copilot, AI Agents). - Drafting of technical architecture and operational documentation. - Organization and coordination of disaster recovery plan (DRP) tests with relevant teams.

Ingenium Animalis (Previously I-CAD) initiated the development project BNO https://basenationaleoperateurs.i-cad.fr. The goal of the project is to establish a quality repository of the animal sector. The application allows the operators keeping terrestrial animals to : - Create operator accounts, establishment accounts or host families accounts. - Describe establishments setup based on the type of activity and species. The project involved : - Putting web services into place using Rest APIs - Developing a front-end using Vue JS to consume previously mentioned web services
