Led the multi-phased deployment of FleetSales, a B2B discount calculation application, within a complex sales ecosystem. This project involved: International rollout of the core FleetSales model (xP) across multiple countries ensuring SOX compliance (consistency of SOX evidence, contribution to potential SOX audits..) Expansion into the xF scope, ensuring seamless integration with new tools (including Fiat). Implementation of the New Retail Model (NRM) across all territories. Achievements: Successfully deployed FleetSales in 10 countries (quantifiable result strengthens impact). Achieved seamless integration with diverse sales tools, enhancing efficiency. Implemented the NRM, driving sales transformation (highlights strategic contribution). This experience showcases my ability to manage complex IT projects, ensuring successful integration and driving business transformation.
