As a Technical Lead at Behr-Hella Thermocontrol (BHTC) in Pune, - I spearheaded the development and testing of firmware for Diagnostics (ISO 14229) for the Climate Control Module project. Utilizing my expertise in Embedded C, CAN, LIN, and ISO 15765, I ensured the successful completion of software activities. Requirement Analysis: Analyzed project requirements and ensured alignment with technical and functional specifications. Functional Safety RFQs: Contributed to RFQs for FuSa-compliant products, ensuring adherence to safety standards. Work Planning & Estimations: Developed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), defined work packages, and provided accurate effort estimations for project planning. Firmware Development & Testing: Led the development and testing of firmware for diagnostics, adhering to standards like ISO 14229 and ISO 15765.
