Introduction

Experienced project leader managing supply chain and logistics projects in Europe, Asia, America and Oceania, I have led supply chain and logistics projects for various industries such as energy, fashion, food and beverages, high tech, pharmacy. For the past 10 years, I supported clients in their supply chain optimization journey from solution design, implementation and continuous improvement. I help companies to find better of ways of working, optimise their operations and define future logistics strategy. For example, I usually look at: - how to optimise the transportation and distribution routes - how much stock we need to hold, where and when, how many warehouses are needed in a region based on supply and demand, outsourcing opportunities - how to maximise profit by optimising cost to serve and reviewing pricing, re-engineer operations and rationalise resources - I also look at how systems can best support operations All of this in order to get the best service level and the most efficient, cost effective logistics network. My recommendations are data-driven with a deep understanding of business requirements. I have started my career in France working for a large global logistics provider as a project manager for Europe market. And then I moved to Singapore to be dedicated to a luxury cosmetics company for the Asian market. I then moved to consultancy where I met different types and size of clients in Australia, US, Thailand, Japan, China. My most recent role was in logistics network design management for one of the largest UK retailer. I am eager to support companies of all sizes in their journey through supply chain optimisation.
