- Analyse, capture, and translate business needs (e.g., regulatory reporting changes, user experience improvements, process automation, or data visualisation requirements) into clear technical specifications. - Process data from various Client models into clear and structured reports for frameworks such as Solvency II. - Actively contribute to the design and optimisation of the central reporting database, define functional requirements, and participate in challenging and testing implemented solutions. - Develop and maintain tools to support the use of the central database, including reports and dashboards created with business intelligence (BI) tools. - Maintain ongoing alignment with stakeholders regarding evolving reporting requirements. - Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and official financial closing activities. - Prepare, review, and present UAT instructions; coordinate and monitor UAT execution. - Contribute to the design, development, and documentation of risk valuation and analytics solutions.

Actively contribute to the construction of a software solution covering the new IFRS17 standard, by - implementing the new calculations and estimation process of provisions (Best Estimate, Risk Adjusment, Loss Component, etc.) - contributing to joint discussions with the Actuaries and Accountants. - conduct analyses on accounting and regulatory reporting fact patterns. - carrying out tests guaranteeing the quality of the implementation and preparing for official delivery. - setting up and industrializing the production of new reports (granularity, multinorms on liabilities, controls) Participate on follow-up meetings and share with all the parties concerned on the progress of the IFRS17 solution.

- Perform detailed analysis of the accounting related to the client's business. Interact with the Software vendor to set up the tool with the client requirements. - optimize the accounting tool and process in cooperation with the client in order to enable an efficient, quick and clear accounting treatment and thus optimize the services delivered. Being the contact person in projects as far as accounting is concerned (local GAAP, IFRS9 Financial Instruments, IFRS10 Consolidated Financial Statements) and bringing technical expertise to the table. - contribute to the definition of the accounting policies together with the client based on IFRS9 and IFRS10, and identifying the differences with local Belgian accounting regulations (casu quo BE GAAP). - provide trainings and support to the client at the Belgian and foreign offices in order to guarantee efficiency in the work processes as well as an optimal output.
