Introduction

I am a multicultural Sustainability & Human Development professional with experience across France, Chile and Spain. My career began with a simple intention: to contribute to a better world. I first worked in energy transition, circular economy and environmental impact projects, and my path naturally expanded into emotional intelligence, coaching (NLP) and the study of human behavior. I believe sustainable transformation is inseparable from emotional awareness, how we connect, perceive and relate to ourselves and others shapes both personal and planetary wellbeing. I bring a blend of systems thinking, emotional intelligence, project management and creativity, with experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, engaging communities and designing strategies that support meaningful change.
