Introduction
I turn AI, data and cloud investments into measurable business impact for complex organisations. I work at the intersection of C-suite, product, engineering and markets to design industry solutions, structure value frameworks and drive adoption at scale. My focus: connecting strategy, execution and governance so that AI and data are not just pilots or proofs of concept, but embedded into end-to-end processes, operating models and P&L. I’ve done this across mobility, energy and industrial ecosystems, working with both global corporates and leading tech partners. Selected outcomes: • Data & AI business building – created and led the Mobilize Data & New Services business (target €500M), turning connected-vehicle and mobility data into SaaS and service revenues across Europe. • AI & cloud partnerships – led strategic alliances with Google Cloud, co-designing Renault’s enterprise data/AI roadmap, modernising the stack and launching joint industry solutions. • Enterprise transformation & governance – as Chief of Staff to the Group EVP Global Operations, orchestrated cross-functional performance programmes across five regions, aligning C-suite, regions and functions around shared KPIs and operating cadence. • Economic & ecosystem impact – structured operating models and alliance frameworks that unlocked €4.8Bn in synergies within the Renault–Nissan Alliance and enabled shared platforms and processes. Today, I bring this combined experience to tech companies, industrial players and investors who want to scale AI- and data-driven transformation with clear narratives, robust governance and a relentless focus on value creation.
