In direct relation with Shippeo’s B-to-B clients and the clients’ carriers, I set up the ingoing and outgoing technical EDI interfaces which enables -under others- to track in real-time all transportations (truck/train/boat) and the estimated arrival at the point of delivery. I worked at Amadeus as a Product Definition Analyst Consultant from Alten. I was part of an Agile/Scrum team which develops and maintains Amadeus' internal tooling solutions. Tools are built for the Agile and hierarchical teams across Amadeus and include Budget monitoring, Resources planning, Bottom-up Teams Weekly Reporting tool and individualized Qlik graph dashboards. Responsibilities included: - Functional specifications & documentation: based on our customers’ requirements, review documents from collaborators, user documentation. - Functional testing: regression based on SOAP UI tests run on ALM (REST API and batches testing thanks to groovy based scripts) and manual UI testing. - Processing of incoming bugs and settings requests. Functional and first-level technical analysis for the team's developers. - Development of Qlik applications (scripts and graphs) based on user requirements. Use of own or other tools' REST APIs and data sources in the data lake. - Scrum Master responsibilities: organizing and animating scrum meetings, interface with PO / clients / manager / collaborators, miscellaneous organizational responsibilities. Support of the BASF online managers and web editors across the European Union: - Optimization of the intranet website assisting them in their online marketing processes and valuable content creation to enhance the BASF brand and product portfolio awareness. - Successful management and implementation of the Online Marketing Advent Calendar newsletter project providing tools and information around SEO and monitoring an effective website. - Active support in running projects, e.g. Roll-out of the new Online Content Strategy across each EU country, standardizing organizational processes to rise websites’ quality and the brand’s consistency.
