The key projects developed within the Foyer Laekenois have budget from 100.000 to 27 millions euros. Construction of a sustainable housing neighborhood of 397 units (Tivoli Green City project). Construction of a library and youth house. Renovation of two town houses. Various work of maintenance of the existing real estate. Responsible to: manage and supervise the technical process with the architects and engineers from the design to the end of the building site. Making sure the clients requests are respected and executed correctly.

Conducted projects with budgets ranging from 100.000 to 4 million euros. Communicated with clients to define the objectives and resources required for a project, managed the whole architectural design process team including engineers and landscape designers. Supervised for all the administrative paperwork regarding building code, planning permission, designation of the contractor. Coordinated the building site and all the impediments that were encountered during the lifetime of architectural projects.

Responsible of the “as-built” record for a multimillion renovation project. Organized all the technical documents to make sure it were classified and reported correctly. Assisted Project Managers in all the administration paper work for the construction site.

Learned the different markets and their development. Managed the French and Italian accounts by organizing the booking process in a more effective way.
