Project: In the technical/IT department of the Nex'US division (SEAL department) for the development of future Linky Pro meters. > Drafting of specifications for the award of a contract for hardware qualification and post-fabrication testing campaigns for future Linky Pro meters. > Creation of support materials, moderation of contract award juries, and budget monitoring of test campaigns via Excel and Power BI. > Analysis of Enedis Lab's business requirements and translation into functional specifications for external service providers (laboratories). > Collection and analysis of quotes, creation of corresponding purchase requisitions in SAP SD. > SAP SD parameterization: implementation of a quote validation workflow, including management of validator roles (technical manager, financial manager, etc.), validation thresholds, traceability, and user notifications. > Framing, preparation and facilitation of workshops for the monitoring and migration of network and SharePoint spaces during the design, configuration and user validation phases. Project to secure Wi-Fi in the Group's 1,800 subsidiaries using the EAP-TLS and 2FA protocols. > Preparation and facilitation of COPILs and coordination workshops between cybersecurity, SAP, change and systems/networks teams. > Built dashboards and reports on SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence to manage the project and monitor KPIs. > Wrote functional specifications for data synchronization between SAP MM and NEXUS (certificate ID, issue date, status) for equipment (computers, telephones, TVs, printers). > Change management for over 1,800 subsidiaries during deployment phases. > Supported local teams in adopting new processes for securing the Wi-Fi network.
