Context: TotalEnergies, a global leader in energy and gas, is undergoing a major transformation to invest in renewable energy and reduce its greenhouse gas emissions. To support this shift, the group created an innovation entity — the Digital Factory — to deliver innovative digital solutions that accelerate this transformation. I am part of a pool of experts supporting this entity in implementing Agility, Innovation, and Artificial Intelligence. I work closely with Data teams using technologies such as Databricks and Collibra. Approach and actions: Coaching two Data squads: 8 Data Engineers, 2 Tech Leads, 2 Product Owners, 1 Business Analyst, 1 UX Designer, and 3 Software Engineers (teams distributed between France and India) Training and mentoring future Product Owners in their roles Setting up Product and Delivery metrics (DORA) Help the teams define their testing strategy Help the teams setting up their maintenance process Gathering business feedback to improve product outcomes Facilitating Roadmapping workshops, Release Planning sessions, and Backlog Refinement activities Leading workshops on Data Product lifecycle visualization and optimization Animating a Product Community of Practice Contributing to the design and implementation of Data collection and Governance processes

Lead a product development and an OKRs transformation with Klaim, a Dubai based startup backed by Techstars. Collaborated in two Leadership Transformation missions with GIZ (German Government).

Transformation of the end-to-end delivery process while pairing with the Group CIO and the Delivery director: - Started with a diagnostic - Chose a pilot - Measured our starting point (4 dimensions: Value delivery, Speed, Quality and Customer, Stakeholders and Employee engagement) - Implemented Agile ways of working - Measured where we were again (We proved the transformation improved the 4 dimensions drastically) - Scaled to other teams and projects - Trained future BAs and Scrum Masters in their roles - Implemented the right tooling (Azure DevOps) to support the visualisation of work

Engagement with JCURV team to implement Agile ways of working for the Data team. A blended mission between London and Sofia. This engagement was recognised with a Management Consultancy Award.

Engagement with Sooner Safer Happier (BVSSH). Scope was to assess BP's Agility maturity at a global level, to implement a new organisational design for the blue hydrogen unit blended with the coaching of agile coaches.

Engagement with Sooner Safer Happier (BVSSH). OKRs framework implementation across all the departments to create alignement and Focus. Trained OKRs champions to sustain the change.

Leading and coaching 3 DevOps global teams on SCRUM, Kanban and Product Management Implementation of various global Agile initiatives: OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), Community of Practice and Design Thinking

Rollout of Scrum within a Business Unit of more than 30 individuals: Identified and trained potential Scrum Masters, coached the Product Owner and made sure Scrum framework is well implemented. Enhanced Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery and release management processes.
