As a product owner, I foster collaboration with clients, product heads, and stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring product development aligns with business goals and user needs. Employing strategic thinking, I create and maintain a prioritized product backlog and collaborate and communicate closely with engineers to define requirements. Regular product reviews are conducted to measure and enhance product performance in an agile environment. My role extends to leveraging computer vision and AI/ML expertise to explore emerging opportunities, such as ChatGPT, and seamlessly integrate them into our product features and roadmap. Committed to delivering high-quality products, my objective is rooted in strategic thinking and agile methodologies, ultimately enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

I led research for a European Union Horizon project, ImmerSAFE focused on enhancing search and rescue operations in aerial images. In this capacity, I devised and executed deep learning models using Python to detect humans within aerial datasets. Leveraging prominent deep-learning libraries such as Keras, PyTorch, and TensorFlow, I ensured optimal algorithmic accuracy in processing the aerial data. The deep learning algorithms I developed were applied to the HERIDAL dataset, where they were utilized for training and precise localization of human subjects. Simultaneously, I fulfilled the responsibilities of product development by engaging with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to understand and address their requirements. From conceptualization to delivery, I spearheaded the initiation and design of the product, undertaking responsibilities that included orchestrating weekly and monthly meetings to meticulously shape the product's scope. I have crafted and maintained the product vision, roadmap, and backlog throughout the entire product life cycle.
