I worked as a full-stack developer in a startup focused on providing tools for the restaurant industry. I successfully delivered a responsive single-page application (SPA) for efficient product tracking and legal monitoring in the supply chain. I performed extensive front-end development using Vue.js and utilized Firebase for the database. Additionally, I implemented a secure authentication system using Firebase. I also handled continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) setup, as well as server configuration. The technology stack for this project included Vue.js, CSS, HTML, NPM, WebPack, Firebase/FireStore, Git, Kanban, and Jira.

I took charge of and advanced the frontend development for the French national news TV website, lci.fr. This involved a design overhaul and the implementation of new features. I successfully tackled the challenge of inheriting an ongoing project by leading the development in HTML/CSS/JS and enhancing user interaction and performance. I added new functionalities and improved the responsive UI elements, including integrating Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP) in collaboration with Google. The technology stack for this project included Vanilla JS, CSS, HTML, DustJs templating, NPM, Gulp, NodeJs, Go, and Git.

I led the frontend development for the France.tv website, the official site for National French television. My focus was on creating a high-quality responsive user experience (UX) and user interface (UI). I developed components following the Atomic Design principles and built a CSS framework based on Atomic CSS principles. Additionally, I optimized the frontend build, including assets, fonts, JavaScript, and CSS. I collaborated closely with a team consisting of 8 developers, a Project Manager, a Product Owner, and 3 UX/UI designers. The technology stack used for this project included Vanilla JS, CSS, HTML, Twig templating, Gulp, Symfony, Docker, Git, Scrum, and Jira.

I played a crucial role in the frontend development of digitalizing print publications like voici.fr, geo.fr, and the company intranet. This initiative aimed to expand their digital presence in response to declining paper sales. I created highly performant frontends, ensuring responsive interfaces across various platforms. I placed a strong emphasis on optimization, effectively managing assets, fonts, and CSS. I collaborated within a team of 4 developers, along with a Project Manager, a Product Owner, and 3 UX/UI designers. The technology stack utilized for this project included jQuery, CSS, HTML, Handlebars templating, Grunt, Symfony, and Git.

I coordinated front-end development and design teams for major clients such as Yves-Rocher.fr, Virgin Mobile, Total, Thales, and La Poste. In IT services and agencies, I managed diverse accounts, provided tailored solutions, and led team recruitment, project planning, and innovative client proposals. I oversaw a team comprising 4 developers, a Project Manager, 2 UI designers, a UX researcher, and an SEO consultant.

I coordinated the management of front-end development and design teams for major clients, including Conforama.fr, La Maison de Valérie and 3 Suisses. I worked in IT services and agencies, overseeing diverse accounts and delivering customized solutions for each client. My responsibilities included team recruitment, project planning, and proposing innovative solutions to meet client needs. I led a team consisting of several developers, a Project Manager, UI designers, a UX researcher, and an SEO consultant.

I co-founded the company and coordinated the management of frontend development and design teams for clients such as Boulangeries Paul, B&Q, Hewlett Packard, Porsche, Accor Hotels, Hotel Costes, Martini, Grey Goose, China Eastern Airline, and Starbucks. Our tech and design stack included Vanilla JS, CSS, HTML, PHP, MySQL, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
