– I am part of a team of senior developers working across multiple domains: – Development of REST APIs enabling communication with an external service responsible for managing synthetic equity swaps and cash prime brokerage operations – Development of a pre-trade application responsible for performing checks on market orders placed by traders My work primarily focuses on: – Developing REST APIs – Building batch processes using Spring Batch – Implementing real-time order validation logic with strict latency constraints – Designing technical solutions following business workshops – Tuning the garbage collector to minimize the pause times – Deploying and monitoring applications in production – Upgrading the technical stack from Java 11 to Java 21 & 25 and from Spring Boot 2 to Spring Boot 3 & 4 (using OpenRewrite) Technical Stack: Java 11-21-25, Spring Boot 2-3-4, Spring Cloud, IntelliJ, Git, GitHub, Liquibase, Jenkins, XLDeploy, Docker, Kubernetes, Maven, JFrog, SonarQube, ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)

Context: SWITCH is a digital transformation project aimed at optimizing all tasks required from the design phase of a nuclear power plant to its deployment.
