ElectricFeel is a mobility tech company providing software solutions for shared and connected electric vehicle fleets. I have taken on several roles at ElectricFeel over the years and crossed disciplines. I joined as a Frontend developer in 2016 and from the early days helped define needs, interviewing or training customers and conducting workshops. Over the years, beside web developments my responsibilities have encompassed becoming the Product Design team lead and being an active member of the Product Strategy team to help shape projects in iterative and agile cycles. Key Responsibilities: - Helped define needs, through data insights, interviews or by conducting workshops - Assisted the mobile development team with clear design specifications and Q&A support of deliverables - Implemented a complex set of Figma files, libraries and scripts to manage the design system of the white-label mobile app solution; used by hundreds of thousands of users across different cities in the world to book and ride electric vehicles - Used and advocated for the ShapeUp methodology to drive the agile product strategy and projects - Led the design team, assessed performances, and conducted hiring interviews - Helped maintained codebases and various development across the tech stack (see previous role) Keywords: ShapeUp, Agile, Figma, Design Systems, Product Analytics

I joined ElectricFeel in 2016 as the sole Frontend developer for several years and have naturally been involved throughout the years on various aspects of the entire ElectricFeel solution. Key Responsibilities: - Developed intricate React Single Page Apps with heavy map-based functionalities supporting operators on the move with various device forms and connectivity conditions - Worked on Ruby on Rails to help build end-users features for managing end users, rentals, and other key functionalities - Involved in many aspects of the entire product cycle, from conducting user test sessions, understanding needs to training and supporting users - Took over, extended, and maintained complex codebases for key features - Pair coding and peer reviews with cross-functional team members Technologies: Javascript, React, Ruby on Rails, MapboxGL, PostGIS, PostgreSQL, Redux, Saga, e2e tests
