Reporting to the CFO, Group Controller - Head of Controlling for a €2,5bn industrial company providing solutions for the Broadband and Video Markets accross 4 continents (Europe, APAC, NAM & LATAM) - In Charge of all Controlling teams (Corp & BDs): managing a team of 36 persons - Responsible for the monthly and quarterly financial reporting processes to CFO, CEO, Audit Committee and the Board, in coordination with the Accounting team - Drive the reporting, budgeting and financial planning processes at Group level and at BDs level with my team of controllers - Manager for the Group strategic financial operations : Acquisition & Integration of a Commscope divsion (HomeNetwork), Restructuring plan, Debt refinancing... - Lead Transformation Program and Synergies deliveries accross the Group, including SAP4HANA implementation, Shared Service center optimization, legal entity optimization, IT Roadmap, process simplification... - Pilot Group Liquidity with Treasory and drive Working Capital Optimization Plan (DPO, DSO, Inventory, Factoring...) - Business partnering with ExCom members and operational teams, define KPIs and drive delivery of profitability and cash generation action plans.

- Coordinate Financial & Business monthly and quarterly reporting to the CFO, CEO and the Board. - Improvement of Group Financial reporting and Accounting closing procedures, - Responsible for Group Budget and Reforecast processes in coordination with Division. - Implement Group Cash Forecast process and deploy and deploy cash optimization programs - Support to M&A department (disposal of Grass Valley and Debt refinancing...)
