Executive Level. “Copilot” for Country Manager, acting as an integral part of the management team and a reliable business partner of the other decision-makers, conducting continuous accurate analysis, steering and monitoring of the business performance. Country Controllers’ identity in EUROPAC's Group implies being an objective challenger in the decision-making process, providing transparency and possible solutions, and becoming an active enabler in the steering process, actively promoting projects and supporting or leading their successful implementation.

Executive Level. Direct Management of 5 groups, 20 people in total. Overall Monitoring of Controlling in the country: - Sales: historical growth & market share in the country. - Business Management: detailed analysis and financial advice to the dealer’s network. - Manufacturing & Logistics: optimization of the industrial performance of the plant and the associated facilities. - Purchasing: continuous improvement (Quality, Costs) of the bought out parts. - Corporate: Consolidation of main indicators & relationship with corporate entities based in Brazil and in Paris. Main Achievements: - Historical profitability in 2016 (Mass data’s). - All the financial indicators overachieved in 2016 (Free Cash Flow, Costs…) - Strategic decisions oriented to a successful & sustainable growth.

Europac Packaging Group in France: - 5 Plants. - More than 200 Millions of Euros of Turnover. - More than 700 employees. - Young Player in France, with first acquisition in 2009, last unit bought in 2013. Position of Executive Level. Broad perimeter including financial planning animation, sales strategy development thanks to group CRM implementation in the country. Main Achievements: in a tough and mature market, my contribution allows to build a homogeneous group in France and to obtain encouraging results as profitability passes to positive in 2015 after several years of difficulties.
