• Defined the company’s global strategy for Power Platform, CRM technologies, and Azure services. • Developed a Canvas App allowing beauty specialists to conduct online skin-care consultations, backed by a SQL database. • Designed a seamless customer experience: consultations delivered via Microsoft Teams, with clients following the live routine through a custom Teams app built in React.js. • Strengthened digital engagement and enabled a scalable, modern consultation model. • Designed and delivered a PowerApps solution used by ground-handling staff to record all services performed for airlines—boarding assistance, cabin cleaning, catering, and technical operations such as aircraft de-icing—directly from tablets and smartphones. • Digitised a previously paper-based workflow, enabling accurate real-time data capture and automatic transfer of all recorded services to the billing department. • Improved revenue tracking, invoicing accuracy, service traceability, and overall operational efficiency for the airport.

For the Engie Corp’s CIO, I oversee a part of the Office 365 deployment program. It represents +150k users. I worked on building the governance and support plan for administration tools and collaborative tools, helped by my team. I worked with the other teams of the program (architects, identities, adoption, security, Microsoft, ...) and Engie's Business Units. I finally ensure the financial management of our stream.

I assumed the management of the development project of the Federation’s intranet. Our first job was to transform the existing ITIL teams to a single fully Agile team. Our conviction was we should succeed in horizontalizing hierarchies between all the team resources, and we have succeeded. Then, comprised of a dozen of people (IT Pro, developers, functional experts, BI experts, PMO, ...), we have developed the Federation intranet on a SharePoint Server 2013 platform. I have also provided some technical advice about development and infrastructure architecture, as well as working to produce a DRP with Microsoft people.

This mission consisted of two parts. The first one was the definition of a strategy to develop an innovative and ambitious business tool. This was about CRM needs, SAP connections, big data collection and exploitation (predictive analysis, …), B2C portals, resources management, reporting, collaborative tools, … Then, under the responsibility of the CIO, with a fully Agile team, we have realized the collection of needs and have begun development of this tool on Microsoft cloud technologies.

Development of websites and web applications: Intranet, simple business management, invoicing ... Management of servers, workstations and phones for SMEs (up to 100 posts on Windows 2003, XP, Vista and Seven): architecture, implementation, maintenance and training.
