– Led the end-to-end design and implementation of a rich content editor inside a Next.js CMS, taking Figma prototypes through to shipped UI. Set the front-end technical roadmap for the editor team, defined component and testing standards, and led code review across 5 engineers. – Worked directly against low level browser APIs (DOM selection and ranges, drag and drop, node level focus, keyboard model) to deliver block based editing that stays responsive on long documents and feels native rather than framework driven. – Defined and evolved a scalable UI component library, ensuring technical maintainability and seamless handoff for the engineering team. – Mentored the 4 engineers on the editor team through pairing and detailed code review, and wrote down the reasoning behind tricky technical calls so the next person could pick them up without me. – Designed and shipped the NodeJS and Express backend service for the editor's AI features, including its REST and SSE streaming surface, prompt and model versioning, and a CI eval pipeline that blocks regressions before they merge. – Automated Storybook interaction and visual snapshot testing in CI, with per-PR reports to catch UI regressions before merge.

– Owned the design to production loop on the developer console, turning Figma into polished, accessible React and TypeScript screens that talked to the platform's REST, GraphQL, and live subscription endpoints over WebSockets without papering over edge cases. – Evolved the Hasura design system and React component library in Storybook, refining patterns and filling gaps so the wider team could ship consistent, high-quality screens without starting from scratch. – Built interactive components and micro-interactions (hover states, transitions, data-driven feedback) that made a technically dense interface feel fluid and responsive to use. – Raised the bar on accessibility and performance across the console, auditing existing flows, fixing keyboard and screen-reader gaps, and improving load and interaction metrics through iterative work with Tailwind, Radix UI, and TypeScript. – Partnered daily with designers and engineers across time zones, reviewing code, pairing on tricky interaction problems, and sharing front-end patterns to level up the team. – Shipped features used by tens of thousands of engineers, balancing visual polish with the pragmatism of knowing when something is good enough to ship and learn from.

– Built and published the shared component library in Storybook and NPM, versioning and documenting it so that other product teams in the group could install it and ship without reinventing the same patterns. – Bridged design and engineering by translating UI specifications into responsive, high-performance features using JavaScript, HTML, SASS, and VueJS. – Led the end-to-end implementation of the datasets catalog, developing responsive front-end components with JavaScript, HTML, SASS, VueJS and Vuetify. – Built the NodeJS backend on Google Cloud (App Engine, Firestore) and the REST contract that the front-end consumed, so the catalog kept working as new datasets and teams were added. – Built interactive front-end prototypes (VueJS, SASS, JavaScript) that established tight design-to-engineering feedback loops and accelerated delivery of the back-office CMS. – Shipped front-end features in the Leroy Merlin ecommerce back office (multi-vendor catalogue, merchant tooling), gaining first-hand exposure to the operational surface area of a large online retail platform. – Led user research and interviews to translate merchant needs into a prioritised backlog in JIRA, aligning design decisions with business outcomes.

– Designed and developed critical insurance agent applications using AngularJS, translating complex business rules into intuitive interfaces.

– Led product definition and UI design for internal back-office applications, managing backlogs in JIRA and developing frontend prototypes with VueJS and SASS.

– Owned backend architecture with strict security requirements, building Java and Spring services for internal Adeo platforms. Also delivered the companion iOS and Android applications.

– Developed multiple purchasing and rental applications using Java, Spring, and Drools rules engine. Designed backend APIs and technical architecture for high-traffic environments.

– Engineered a Business Activity Monitoring solution for train tickets vending machines. Built the backend with Java, Hibernate, and MySQL, and the frontend with GWT.

– Developed web portal components and invoicing applications using Java (J2EE), Weblogic, and Oracle, focusing on technical architecture and system integration.
