Introduction

I have a degree in International Transport and logistics, mainly maritime. I have studied the INCOTERMS, Airway-Bill, Bill of Lading, customs, road transport regulation and accounting. I have an International road certificate and freight forwarder capacity. Originally from south France Marseille, I have been living many years in Luxembourg and Germany, this allowed me to acquire a certain level in German. I can implement automated Excel table for proforma calculation of costs using IF and OR functions. My first experience as maritime shipping clerk was to go directly in the harbor of Marseille welcoming huge container ships, taking care of all their needs, during their call, coordinating oil and fuel supplies, following cargo operations in relation with the crew, multinational officers, and the stevedores. I had an experience as Warehouse export supervisor for an airline company transporting goods, big parcels, animals, artworks, vaccines under controlled temperature, cars.. I have client relations experience and can create long term healthy relationship. I have invoicing experience, numbers and costs, using IT tools, Microsoft 0365, server migration, Google Ads, Zendesk, Slack, Skype, Outlook, Activ Directory, ServoceNod, Salesforce. I can adapt my speech to different client profiles. I have maritime forwarding agent experience. [FR] J'ai eu une première expérience sur le terrain dans la consignation maritime et les opérations portuaires de conteneurs à Marseille, et en tant que superviseur d'entrepôt dans le transport aérien au Luxembourg. J'ai fait de la logistique pure avec le suivi des conteneurs entre entrepôts et ports et facturation de surestaries (demurrage). J'ai de l'expérience dans l'organisation de transport de fret et de marchandises dans le maritime, l'aérien, le transport routier par camion et le ferroviaire, en tant que logisticien, import/export, et commercial représentant de clients nationaux et internationaux. J'ai aussi de l'expérience en informatique, Microsoft 0365, migration de serveurs, Google Ads, Zendesk, Slack, Skype, Outlook, Activ Directory, ServoceNod, Salesforce. J'ai fait de l'affrètement, de l'exportation via le maritime en relation avec les armateurs, les transitaires, les transporteurs, les déclarants en douane et les clients à l'étranger avec un suivi quotidien en anglais. J'ai un niveau intermédiaire en allemand (B1/2). Je sais mettre en place des tableaux automatisés utilisant des fonctions (SI, OU) dans Excel. J'ai une expérience en tant qu'agent de transit maritime.
