- Management of technical consultants team and Paris office engineers (15 FTEs) and supervision of the technical department based in offshore office in Mauritius (120 FTEs - 4M€ budget/year). - Technical teams organization, development processes, company technology strategy and standards. - Sales/Pre-sales technical consulting role, supporting the sales and creative teams for RFPs, RFQs, and solution architecture definition. - Management of the technical relationship with clients IS/IT teams and 3rd-Party partners.

- Leading the solution architecture and managing the development release cycles of the Procter & Gamble multi-brand platform – Global platform hosting 60 websites (to date) and driving 6M unique visits / month: 1/ Pampers – 60 websites (http://www.pampers.com) 2/ Websites for “50+ Consumers” – (www.victoria50.it / www.victoria50.es) 3/ Websites for “Teenager consumers” – (www.beinggirl.com) - Direct management of a pool of 5 technical consultants and supervision of the off-shore technical team based at Mauritius (80 FTEs). - Managing technical relationship with the P&G IT/IS department (Solution & Application managers, Enterprise Architects) and 3rd-Party P&G partners (e.g. Accenture, Sitecore, BazaarVoice, CenturyLink, HighCo, SEO and media agencies, etc.) - Technical consulting to P&G and internal marketers, leading technical feasibility studies and technical recommendations. - Managing RFPs, RFQs, cost estimates and supervision of the technical budget.

- Managing software architecture, technical design and development of the global e-CRM platform for Procter & Gamble. Multi-device web platform hosting more than 40 websites (www. everydayme.com –10 million unique visitors / month) with content and campaign management capabilities (Gaming, Couponing, User Generated content, Product Ratings & Reviews, Personalization, etc.). - Technical consulting to internal marketers and creative teams during functional and creative design. Management of the development phase and quality of deliverables from technical design until release to production. - Primary technical support to P&G IT/IS stakeholders and 3rd-party partners (BazaarVoice, HighCo, Coupons.com, Bisnode Interact) - Level-3 technical support to local digital agencies operating the platform in their local markets, in charge of the trainings to local webmasters.

- Deployment of the company gas container tracking solution (SERVITRAX) in Western Europe. Project management and Coordination of the technical teams in charge of the software and hardware deployment.

- Development of an international gas container tracking system (SERVITRAX). Working on the server-side application, desktop client software and implementation of a continuous integration server. - Technical design and development of the reporting tool. Intranet application generating automated reports for business administrators.
