Freelance AI Product Manager – SightCall  Xpert Knowledge (0→1 AI Product) Situation: SightCall, a B2B SaaS for remote visual assistance. In the enterprise world where SigthCall operates there’s something they refer too as “silver tsunami” (a large wave of senior technicians that are about to retire and leave with a lot of knowledge with them). Every support call run through SighCall’s product contains valuable expertise, but it’s disappearing once the call ends. So the idea here was to find a way to turn those live sessions data into a new asset → transforming existing “tribal knowledge” into a scalable asset for SightCall customers. Task: I was brought in as freelance AI PM to design, build, and launch a new product that could capture and repurpose experts' knowledge. Actions: - Customer Discovery & Design Partners: Launched a discovery program with 5 design partners. We pitched them the benefits of early access and roadmap influence in exchange for feedback during Alpha/Beta phases. - Feature Prioritization: Prioritized MVP features based on discovery interviews, market research and strategic input from SightCall’s founder. - AI Prototyping: Used Lovable and Cursor for rapid AI prototyping — which gave me autonomy to mock features weekly, show live flows to partners, and integrate feedback immediately. - Leadership: Coordinated EU/US teams across engineering, design. Results: - Onboarding time for Tier 1 agents dropped by ~30% - Tier 2 escalations fell by ~30% (due to better prepared and trained Tier 1 agents) - Early customers engaged throughout the Beta program - XK positioned as a strategic AI offering with monetization and retention potential.

Docapost is a subsidiary of La Poste Group's Digital Branch, specializing in the digital transformation of large groups. I spent 11 months as a Product Owner on mobile applications (iOS and Android), building an app to connect IoT objects and services, working in various dedicated teams, including full-stack Scrum (web / platform) and mobile development. - Building the product vision and prioritization of product backlogs (web and mobile) based on strategic needs, marketing input and user feedback. - Animation of product workshops with different stakeholders (marketing, strategy, UX / UI, dev, PO). - Design of functional solutions and development of UX flows, working with UI teams on designing wireframes. - Redaction of User Stories using VALUABLE template, wireframes and acceptance criteria, poker planning sessions.
