Owned and led the end-to-end finance function, building internal financial infrastructure from scratch. Defined FP&A processes and implemented internal controls and compliance reporting; worked closely with external auditors and tax consultants. Financial Operations: Prepared monthly and annual management accounts with UK and French accountants to ensure accurate reporting and compliance. Managed budgeting, cost allocation, and implemented cost-control initiatives during key operational phases. KPI Tracking: Developed tracking systems for key SaaS metrics (ARR, DAU/MAU, CAC, LTV, Churn) to support data-driven decisions in product and growth. Strategic Leadership: Founded and scaled Studeo AI, an EdTech app with AI-driven tutoring capabilities; achieved Top 5 ranking in Education on the App Store. Fundraising Preparation: Created tailored financial models and investor materials; maintained investor-ready DD data rooms including market data, legal docs, and business plans. Investor Relations: Built and managed relationships with a wide network of VCs and angels across the US, UK, and Europe. Recruitment & Team Management: Led cross-functional teams (finance, tech, ops) across multiple countries; managed budgeting, investor reporting, and operations oversight.
