Data Quality • Designed and developed a generic Data Quality solution for high-volume customer and marketing databases. • Implemented normalization and deduplication of French and international postal addresses, supporting both batch processing and real-time web services. Business Rules & Decision Systems • Contributed to the Java development of Soft Rules, a centralized Business Rules Management System (BRMS) enabling business rules to be defined, managed and deployed across enterprise applications. • The platform was commercialized to financial institutions including ING Belgium and Franfinance, and was subsequently acquired by ILOG.
