Working within the HR department, reporting to the HR director. Key responsibilities include: • Managing recruitment activities in Sony France, including all international applications; CV scanning, interviewing, decision making, coordinating offers and probationary meetings • Organizing training programmes for employees, for both DIF (“Individual’s right to training”) and training plan; analyzing needs, dealing with training companies, creating files and follow up results • Project lead for Sony France for the implementation of a new online pan European e-recruitment tool; regular meetings with an international team, implementation in compliance with the French law • Car fleet manager for France and pilot group member for outsourcing the European car fleet • As part of this position was involved in the evolution and change of the departments at all levels including: supported and administered the relocation of the company; provided documents to be compiled for a restructuring plan; supported the change of status, from subsidiary to branch

Working within the HR department, reporting to the HR manager – professional services. Key activities include: • Responsible for all recruitment activities for interns, apprentices, temporary, fixed term and permanent employees • Campus manager assistant; participated in high-profile business schools fairs to recruit while defending the brand image of Sony to our potential employees • HR research (HR marketing – comp & bens benchmarking – organizational climate survey) • Car fleet officer: in contact with leasing companies, building up a shortlist of cars per job grade, ordering cars, organizing deliveries, managing returning cars and dealing with daily drivers issues

Leading the plant recruitment plan for high potential undergraduate engineers. Key achievements include: • Coordinating recruitment activities for interns; understanding needs, contacting schools, CV scanning, interviewing, decision making and induction – 120 interns recruited of approx. 1000 applications • Drove the development of new internal procedures to follow up and identify interns to be recruited permanently, ensuring quality focus is upheld • Events organization; organised plant visits, interns lunches and dinners, participated in school employment fairs • Collaboration with the Communications team to develop powerful communication, tools and strategies to target interns from the best schools; included managing a budget to achieve this, creating induction books, while maintaining our high profile sector image to potential candidates
