Seven years ago I was certified as Natural Health Practitioner.These past years I developed my practice through one-to-one consultations. I received clients with a wide range of health conditions, looking for solutions to lose or to gain weight, to sleep better, to improve digestion, to fix skin problems, depression, hormonal imbalance but also looking for natural support, in addition to medical treatment, for autoimmune diseases like cancer. The Natural Health Practitioner’s “mission” is to get to the root cause, to the bottom of the issue , and not only treat the symptoms. When I’m standing in front of my client and think at the issue, I like to see it as a math equation. To solve it, I imagine a few scenarios and I select the tools I will use in crafting my recommendation plan. The toolbox is large but just to name a few instruments: Nutrition, Organs Gymnastics, Psychology, Plants, Hydrotherapy, Massage, Reflexology and many more. The recommendations are always customized taking into account the medical history, age, temperament, energy level, type of work, outdoor/indoor time, lifestyle, etc. To achieve a long-term optimal wellness it takes time, to adopt new habits, to unlearn things which no longer serv, but in the end the client gets a better understanding of who he is and achieves also a form of autonomy. Bringing a contribution to one person’s life is the beginning of an improvement at a higher level.
