Within Dior Beauty’s Digital division, my role includes: • Supporting the evolution of the global e-commerce ecosystem across Salesforce Commerce Cloud and new headless components • Contributing to functional scoping and specification structuring for multi-market digital initiatives • Coordinating feature delivery to ensure seamless, high-quality rollouts across regions • Overseeing key e-commerce topics: checkout, payments, fraud prevention, order management, delivery flows and address quality • Supporting prioritisation and roadmap refinement, ensuring clarity and risk anticipation • Maintaining smooth cross-team coordination throughout the lifecycle of digital enhancements • Contributing to QA and UAT cycles, ensuring release readiness and platform stability • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to refine customer journeys and elevate Dior’s luxury digital experience

Within Dior Beauty’s digital ecosystem, my responsibilities include: • Supporting the continuous evolution of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and new headless services •Ensuring platform stability and performance, with a focus on reliability and refined customer journeys •Investigating and following up on incidents, monitoring platform health and identifying root causes •Prioritising corrective actions and functional enhancements to maintain operational excellence •Analysing functional issues and validating fixes, ensuring high-quality and consistent releases • Coordinating with technical partners to secure smooth service interactions and global alignment • Contributing to optimisation initiatives across checkout, payments, fraud, delivery flows and address quality • Helping bridge SFCC with emerging headless components, ensuring consistency and scalability •Supporting continuous improvements that elevate customer experience across multiple markets
