Architected and implemented enterprise-grade analytics solutions powering insights for 40% of the North American automotive finished vehicle logistics market, working closely with global clients including Toyota, Stellantis, Volkswagen, Porsche, and Mercedes-Benz to develop robust data pipelines, optimise reporting performance, and translate complex multi-source datasets into actionable business outcomes. Administered and maintained 500+ dashboards on Tableau Server, managing row-level security, governance, and access controls for 6,500+ users across 22 sites and 3 dedicated Tableau servers. Also managed a successful migration to Tableau Cloud, where I handled our whole Tableau server infrastructure with minimal interruptions, resulting in a 15% improvement in Tableau report load efficiency. Developed and optimised complex SQL queries and created ETL data pipelines using Tableau Prep to deliver ad hoc reports, deep-dive data investigations, and business-critical data extracts for internal stakeholders and client teams for developing KPI dashboards. Reduced reporting time by 30% and improved accuracy and scalability by leveraging Python and AI-driven automation to streamline 10+ operational Tableau processes on Linux, covering user maintenance, automated email reporting, and metadata retrieval workflows. Directed Agile delivery cycles in collaboration with internal stakeholders, driving iterative development of analytics solutions and ensuring timely delivery of business-critical dashboards and insights using Jira and Confluence for sprint tracking and documentation.

Developed and maintained a portfolio of Tableau dashboards and SQL-based data extracts supporting internal operations and client-facing reporting across the automotive logistics network, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery to business stakeholders. Assisted in the day-to-day administration of Tableau Server — including user access management, data source maintenance, permission configurations, and row-level security — supporting business continuity across multiple sites and user groups. Built ad hoc reports and conducted data investigations using SQL and Tableau Prep, enabling operational teams to surface and act on data quality issues quickly, and contributing to the accuracy of client-facing analytics outputs. Collaborated with senior analysts and business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and iterate on dashboard designs to ensure reporting solutions met evolving client expectations.

Continuing with Accenture Operations and the same client, I was a part of one of their business critical tracker mortgage projects, which involved in-depth analytics of various mortgages pertaining to current and past customers of the bank. I had mainly performed data analysis and collation of documents relating to customer mortgages and prepared the cases ready for full analysis by the bank to prevent the case from going into the legal process.

Worked within a risk-based data and analytics delivery programme at one of Ireland's top retail banks through Accenture Operations, focusing on monitoring data quality and remediating customer and commercial credit loan and mortgage records — with the primary goal of minimising credit default risk to both customers and the bank. Conducted data extraction from multiple data marts within the bank's enterprise data warehouse, performed detailed root-cause analysis on loan modification data, and prepared mortgage case files for full regulatory review — which helped in preventing cases from escalating into legal proceedings. Visualised trends in loan types and modifications by county and product category using Excel pivot charts and tables and Power BI, providing senior stakeholders with a high-level view of the credit services business unit's risk exposure and remediation progress.
