Launched world's first AI based web app for reducing scrap waste

Building a job portal to connect HR personnel at organizations to enable hiring/rehiring of blue-collar workers, thereby minimizing disruption to livelihoods and business.

During the internship, I built a financial model to calculate the savings due to migration to the cloud for one of the largest life science companies as a Tech Strategy consultant. I gained an understanding of cloud computing as well as cultural and political hurdles that arise while adopting a new technology.

I wrote and executed a $160,000 project that was funded by International Donors. The project provided medical care to 9000 teen mothers during pregnancy. Here, I also developed the ability to build financial models for the project and work effectively with consultants. Piloted telemedicine project in rural Nepal to provide non-prescriptive second opinion from licensed doctors.

I started the hospital in Janakpur in order to support the local community. Here, I managed the daily operations and supervised the 25-person staff of both the hospital. I also launched several services such as Ultrasonography, Pathology and Ambulance services in order to increase hospital revenue.
