Project Title : Client Data Management and Revision System Implemented a full-stack solution to revise and update personal and professional data of all customers. The existing application was very old with tech stack like JSP and Java Swing in back end. We had many issues like SQL injection, cross site scripting This project aimed to ensure data accuracy, compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), and enable seamless access to updated client information across departments.

Project Title : Payment Tracking System Developed a Payment Tracking System to record, validate, and track insurance premium payments made by policyholders through multiple payment modes such as online transfer, card, cheque, and auto-debit. The system updates policy pay.

Project Title : Invoice output Generation The Invoice Output Generation Project was designed to automate and standardize the generation of insurance invoices for policyholders, agents, and corporate clients. The system handles premium calculations, taxes, discounts, commissions, and regulatory charges, and generates accurate invoice outputs in multiple formats (PDF, print, and electronic delivery). The solution integrates with core insurance systems such as Policy Administration, Billing, and Claims to fetch policy and customer data. It ensures compliance with insurance regulations, improves billing accuracy, reduces manual effort, and supports timely invoice delivery through email and batch printing. Key features include configurable invoice templates, batch invoice processing, audit tracking, error handling, and reconciliation support

Project Title : DMS Archive - PDF Upload and Archival Widget Designed and developed a widget to enable users to upload and archive PDF documents into a Document Management System (DMS). The goal was to streamline digital document handling, ensure secure archival, and integrate seamlessly with existing backend services for enterprise-wide document access and storage. Earlier the document handling was manual and business used to scan and upload the document manually .

Project Title : NCO – New Client Onboarding Application Modernization Re-engineered the legacy New Client Onboarding (NCO) application for an insurance company by rewriting it using Angular for the frontend and Spring Boot for the backend.

Project title : GDPR Compliance & Data Privacy Project This project focused on GDPR compliance in our insurance systems handling customer personal and sensitive data. The initiative ensured lawful processing, secure storage, controlled access, and regulatory reporting of customer data across policy, claims, billing, and customer service platforms.

Project title : Production Stability and Maintenance Part of the production support and stability team responsible for maintaining and enhancing critical insurance applications. The project focused on ensuring uninterrupted operations, resolving production defects, implementing minor feature enhancements, and improving system reliability across various modules.
