In parallel with my consulting roles in luxury eCommerce, I explored Greentech and Fintech use cases to deepen my architectural and product expertise. Key projects & focus areas: • Developed a complete blockchain training program tailored to business leaders, product managers, and investors — with a specific focus on DeFi and RWA tokenization fundamentals and applications • Created and launched a Shopify-based eCommerce site to market the training program, including UI setup, CMS configuration, and crypto payment integration via Crypto.com • Designed end-to-end solution architecture for a decentralized, national-scale carbon credit registry (Greentech) • Architected a Fintech solution enabling RWA-based fundraising and liquidity optimization for SMEs — requiring in-depth analysis of regulatory and market contexts, particularly in the UK and GCC regions • Completed multiple certifications and advanced training in Blockchain, DeFi, and Islamic Finance (CIFE™) • Led the creation of business models, pitch decks, and MVP/PoC assets to support early-stage funding outreach While these ventures are currently on pause pending funding, this entrepreneurial phase significantly sharpened my systems thinking, product strategy, and architecture capabilities — which I now bring back into enterprise eCommerce and digital integration contexts. This entrepreneurial work ran alongside my eCommerce consulting missions until March 2025, when I shifted briefly to full-time focus. I’m now fully refocused on eCommerce architecture and integration leadership roles.

Led global Payment Solutions domain at Louis Vuitton, with dual responsibilities as Product Owner and Solution Architect within the eCommerce and omnichannel ecosystem. Focused on ensuring secure, seamless, and scalable payment experiences across in-store and digital channels. ** Product Ownership – Key Responsibilities: • Owned the global roadmap for payment solutions, covering eCommerce and mobile apps • Defined business requirements for integrations with Payment Service Providers (PSPs), Payment Orchestrators, Fraud Management Systems, and financial reconciliation platforms • Led Agile ceremonies and managed product backlog using tools like Jira and Confluence • Coordinated delivery with internal tech teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors across APAC, EU, and US regions • Ensured compliance with PCI-DSS, 3DS2, and regional payment regulations • Supervised user acceptance testing (UAT) and supported go-live deployments across multiple countries ** Solution Architecture – Core Contributions: • Defined functional architecture and data flow diagrams for end-to-end payment journeys across OMS, POS, PSP, Orchestrator, fraud, and ERP systems • Mapped and validated API interactions between payment gateways, orchestration layers and backend financial platforms • Designed workflow scenarios for edge cases: payment retries, fraud alerts, multi-currency reconciliation, and refund/chargeback logic • Participated in architecture reviews and technical workshops with enterprise architects and integration leads This role allowed me to operate at the intersection of business and technology, translating complex regulatory/payment requirements into scalable and high-performing solutions aligned with luxury brand expectations.

Managed the technical delivery and system integration of Salesforce OMS within the global digital stack of LVMH personal sales eCommerce. This role combined technical project management, vendor coordination, and functional architecture leadership to ensure seamless orchestration across eCommerce and retail channels. ** Technical Project Management: • Led end-to-end planning and coordination of the Salesforce OMS integration project, from scoping through go-live • Managed cross-functional delivery teams across tech, operations, and business • Defined project timelines, tracked deliverables, and drove risk mitigation across multiple workstreams • Conducted daily standups, steering committees, and stakeholder updates with both business and IT leads • Coordinated testing phases (SIT/UAT) and ensured post-go-live hypercare setup ** OMS-Specific Architecture & Integration: • Defined and validated order lifecycle flows including split shipments, cancellations, returns, and re-routing logic • Mapped API interactions between Salesforce OMS, ERP (SAP), WMS, eCom platform, PSPs, and CRM tools • Contributed to system architecture documents, including data models, inventory sync flows, and orchestration scenarios • Ensured resilience and fallback mechanisms for order sync failures, multi-warehouse routing and payment mismatches This mission allowed me to operate at the heart of global eCommerce orchestration, translating brand-specific business rules into scalable and resilient architecture within LVMH’s personal sales digital ecosystem.

Oversaw the technical delivery and solution architecture of Fluent Commerce OMS integration within Balmain’s global eCommerce infrastructure. Focused on orchestrating order lifecycle processes across digital and retail systems, ensuring seamless real-time operations and business alignment. ** Technical Project Management: • Led the planning, execution, and go-live of Fluent OMS across multiple channels and regions (US & EU) • Coordinated internal teams (IT, digital, operations) and external vendors (SI partners, OMS experts) • Managed project scope, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communications from discovery to deployment • Oversaw testing phases (SIT, UAT), defect management, and cutover planning • Maintained project documentation, risk logs, and steering updates for senior management ** Solution Architecture & OMS Integration: • Defined the end-to-end order orchestration flows, including: Multi-warehouse routing, Split order handling, Pre-order logic, Return/refundand Exchange workflows • Designed system integration maps across Fluent OMS, WMS, PSP Adyen, SFCC, Glopal for Taxe and Duties Management, SAP for Finance and WH Stock, Market Place Cymbio, ...) • Validated and documented API contracts, data models, and transformation logic with middleware teams • Worked closely with Fluent Commerce technical team to adapt workflows to Balmain’s business needs • Supported omnichannel enablement (Click & Collect, Long-Tail and Short-Tail deliveries) and real-time stock availability logic • Ensured performance, error resilience, and alerting for order sync and payment mismatches This project combined deep technical project coordination with architecture design of a modular, API-first OMS platform — allowing Balmain to scale its omnichannel fulfillment capabilities with precision and flexibility.

Acted as Product Owner for multiple eCommerce and Omnichannel initiatives at Dior Couture, focusing on platform migration, APAC rollout coordination, and in-store POS upgrades. Worked at the intersection of business needs and technical delivery to drive scalable, high-performance retail systems across different regions. ** eCommerce Platform & OMS Migration: • Led product coordination for the migration from Magento to Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Fluent OMS • Gathered and prioritized business requirements across APAC markets for frontend and backend integration flows • Collaborated with architecture teams to validate data flows between SFCC, Fluent OMS, ERP, and PSPs using Restful Webservices and Mulsoft Webhooks • Supported SIT / UAT testing phases and post go live Smoke Testing ** Regional Rollout Management: • Coordinated new country rollouts and localization for eCommerce platforms in APAC and Middle-East (China, Japan, Australia, Emirates and Australia) • Ensured market-specific adaptation of workflows, payment methods, tax rules and operational processes • Contributed to the partner selection process, leading the assessment of technical fit • Managed stakeholder alignment between local market leads, global IT and integration partners • Prepare and approve all Technical Specifications with different partners: CMS, PSP, POS, OMS, WMS, , SAP, Power BI, CRM, Merchandising (PIM, Up/Cross Selling, ...) • Prepare Dashboards to follow up progress and provide Regular Reporting to Different Stakeholders (IT & Digital Teams) • Prepare Cutover plan, pilot Go live and ensuire smooth transition to Support Team (Shadow/Reverse Shadow mode) ** POS System migration– Cegid Y2: • Oversaw technical migration of POS from xPert to Cegid Y2 system This mission showcased my ability to drive product delivery across multiple systems and regions — managing complex migrations and retail transformations while ensuring business continuity and market-specific agility.

Acted as Product Owner and Project Manager for various digital service initiatives across Intersport’s eCommerce and retail IT environments. Worked closely with cross-functional teams to deliver new features, manage run operations, and coordinate support for business-critical platforms. • Gathered and prioritized requirements for new omnichannel service implementations in the eCommerce ecosystem (e.g., ship from store, e-reservation) • Coordinated delivery with internal dev teams, IT operations, and external partners • Managed backlog, sprint planning, and QA for new feature rollouts • Oversaw Run activities, including incident triage, escalation management, and continuous improvement for core retail and digital systems • Manage Continuous Integration and Technical Support Teams This experience strengthened my ability to manage both change and continuity — balancing innovation with operational stability in a large-scale retail context.
