Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data related to administrative processes, budgets, and resource allocation to identify trends and areas for improvement.  Assessing existing administrative procedures and policies to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.  Creating comprehensive reports and presentations based on data analysis findings for senior management and other stakeholders.  Developing and implementing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of administrative processes and projects.  Managing and coordinating special projects across different departments, ensuring smooth workflow and communication.  Researching current policies and procedures, and assisting in the development of new strategies.  Working with other team members to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and implement new administrative systems.  Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to administrative data and projects.

Pricing and Revenue analysis. Making decisions and assisting administrative with schedule loading. Analysing of historical behaviour, competitive environment, seasonal trends and other aspects impacting sales, and inventory optimization of flights.
