NOHA NEKAMICHE

Introduction

I'm Noha Nekamiche, a PhD researcher at CIAD Lab, UTBM, France, specializing in domain generalization for semantic segmentation. Passionate about AI, deep learning, and computer vision, with experience in machine learning, CNNs, NLP, and AI instruction. Throughout my journey, I've led several projects, gaining valuable experience in team management and real-world problem-solving. I'm known for being a dedicated hard worker, a self-learner, and someone who thrives under pressure. I enjoy tackling complex challenges and constantly pushing my limits—both academically and personally. I am very excited to explore new challenges that will allow me to improve my skills and contribute to the research community. As I am preparing to defend my PhD thesis by February 2026, I am actively seeking a Computer vision position to continue contributing to the research field and further develop my career in industry. Outside of research, I’m deeply passionate about sports and fitness, especially bodybuilding and trail running. I like challenging myself physically to stay strong mentally, because I truly believe that a healthy mind needs a healthy body.
