Led all payment activities for an app with 800.000 users coordinating with Swile's C-level team, Payment Service Providers (Stripe, Checkout), Bank as a Service providers (Treezor), card networks (Visa and MasterCard), and card manufacturers (Thales and Idémia). Main projects I worked on: - Launch of the first SmartCard (one card covering all employee benefits and an e-money wallet) in France - Gather and analyse audience research and traffic to inform product strategy, new product features and enhancements (e-money wallet, card ordering by user) - Definition of new product specifications, user stories and details taking a user-focused approach to product development - Planning and executing roadmaps - Define and measure KPIs for success
