Au sein de Group IT, éditeur de logiciels spécialisé dans le domaine de la Business Intelligence, ma mission consiste à superviser les projets qui me sont confiés et à garantir leur bonne exécution, dans le respect des délais, du budget et des objectifs fixés. Mes principales responsabilités : - Superviser les chefs de projet et leurs équipes, en coordonnant les actions pour assurer l’avancement des travaux dans les temps et le respect du budget. - Élaborer, suivre et évaluer les programmes et processus permettant d’atteindre les objectifs fixés. - Assurer la liaison entre les chefs de projet, les équipes, les clients et la direction afin de garantir la qualité des livrables. - Suivre l’avancement technique, la gestion financière et la conformité des projets. - Définir les plannings et jalons clés, établir et suivre les budgets, recommander des ajustements pour maintenir les projets sur la bonne voie. - Élaborer des plans alternatifs en cas d’écart ou de risque. - Présenter l’avancement et les résultats aux investisseurs, partenaires et à la direction. - Prendre des décisions stratégiques et assurer un leadership fort auprès des chefs de projet pour leur mise en œuvre. - Rencontrer régulièrement les clients et parties prenantes afin de rendre compte de la progression et de consolider la relation de confiance. - Concevoir des plans efficaces et rentables pour garantir la réussite des projets. - Identifier et gérer les risques afin d’éviter les retards ou atteintes à la réputation. - S’assurer de l’obtention des autorisations et documents légaux nécessaires. - Évaluer et valider les propositions de projets, et collaborer avec des prestataires externes lorsque requis. - Suivre les efforts planifiés versus réalisés et ajuster les ressources si nécessaire.

1) Taxation - Group Tax Department - Administer the Taxation business applications: Optim'IS, Etafi, Digital Safe (> 400 users) - Control application operating rules (DRaaS, SLA), prepare test campaigns - Assist end users (accountants & tax specialists); expert support. - Take charge of the tax integration regime process (from preparation to analytical review). - Establish Country by Country Reporting (CbCR) from preparation to declaration to DGFip. (1600 companies worldwide) - Manage declarative, forecast, budgetary and tax closing campaigns (opening on Optim'IS, production and communication of package entry instructions, monitoring of progress (225 companies). - Manage the declaration of company closures in DC (2000 companies) - Maintain the doc. up-to-date in connection with the releases of evolutions & corrections - Prepare & manage the Client-Publisher contractual committees (Com ', meetings, follow-up of actions) - Manage the client-publisher relationship (contract, CVC, com '...), as well as with Subsidiaries and partners - Prepare and animate internal meetings - Manage the migration project from the current application (SaaS) to the new solution (Full Web): Project framing, estimation, planning, budget, contract, meetings, client-publisher mini-committees. 2) Tax Risks - Corporate - Administer the Phenix application - SalesForce (international) - Prepare and manage campaigns on tax risks (opening, monitoring, support -26 BUs) - Validate the recipe, Follow-up of publisher services - Assist users (Tax managers, BUs managers - 40 users) 3) Credit Risks - Risk Department - Administer the Fact-ECR (Engie Credit Rating) application - Validate quotes and specs. functional - Participate in the recipe, Follow the incidents - Manage the relationship with the publisher (com ', contract, incidents, SLA), BUs - World

As part of the regulatory and statutory controls of funds managed by BNPP Investment Partners, and within the Investment Compliance MOE / MOA team; - Participate in the corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the software package used by the company - Provide support for the various application interfaces - Gather business needs, and write specifications for development teams. - Plan deliveries - in accordance with internal Release Management procedures. - Ensure the follow-up of the deployments on the different environments until the start of production - Participate in technical tests and their validation. - Documentation related to the delivery of evolutions and corrections - Ensure a role of project management and project management for the various application interfaces

Mission: Provide the interface between business and IT teams within the framework of the Corporate Human Resources application portfolio, HR Referential data consolidation and the management of deployments as well as the evolutions of these applications. The whole mission is carried out within the IT Group in an international context and in English. Stains: • Analyze, frame and formalize business needs • Lead the design phase and write the functional specifications • Prepare, organize and ensure the functional test and assist users during this test phase • Support the change with users • Prepare the weekly project / run meetings and ensure clear and synthetic reporting on the progress of the work. • Participate in the definition of the roadmap and project framing • Follow developments made by international teams (Datawarehouse, Biztalk, BI, AD, CapGemini) • Watch over communication between the various project stakeholders • Ensure corrective and evolutionary maintenance of HR applications • Provide L2 & L3 support for the entire HR field and other areas linked to HR. • Knowledge transfer to the CapGemini team (training and workshop) with preparation of materials Dev. made in India, Abu Dhabi & Aberdeen / developments & completed projects: the technical specifications are written and validated, the service is delivered to test. Deployment of a new Information System • Ensure the proper application of Scrum adapted to the context of the team • Animate the Daily meetings as well as the Retrospective • Attend Sprint Planning and Sprint Review while supporting the Product Owner if necessary. Given the context of the mission (1st Agile experience for the team), participation in the classic tasks of piloting a project and the MOA • Writing of functional specifications and recipe books • Organization and conduct of acceptance tests • Contribution to developments and proposal of solutions (process, organization) • Change management • Preparation and animation of progress points.
