• Participate to the review of the Market activities Governance: redaction of the committee document formalization (Terms of Reference) and participation to the review of the operational and conduct documentation. Scope: Worldwide • Participate to the review of the Market activities Norms definition and management: redaction and review of global Market activities communication, policies and procedure. Elaboration of the content, management of participants, elaboration and follow up of the validation process. Scope: Worldwide • Participate to the review of the MARK Operational Framework: Participation to the COI (Conflict of Interest) and Conduct risks assessment. In charge of the cases reviews and mitigation and deliver the action plans defined in those frameworks. Scope: Worldwide • Participate to the review of the roles of the 1st Line of defense governance: In charge of the deployment of the communication surveillance POC (confirmed and deployed), participate in reviews of the first line of defense role in relation with second and third line of defense Scope: Worldwide • Participate to the review of the Market activities Conduct and Culture framework: manage the campaign of the Market Activites Operational Conduct Assessment (Toward 5000 staffs). Scope: Worldwide • Participate to the follow-up of Market Activities recommendations: own, review and deliver action plans in relation with recommendations from actors of 3rd level of internal permanent control (IGAD, RISQ and CPLE.) Scope: United Kingdom • Participate to the elaboration of the regulatory support presentation to the UK investment banking regulators (FCA, PRA) Scope: United Kingdom

• Responsible of the Operation Division permanent control level 1 (CPN1) follow up ▪ KPI’s implementation and creation of monthly report for the attention of Natixis Direction commitee (CODIR) and the heads of international platform (EMEA, APAC, AMERICAS) ▪ Follow up of CPN1 action plans. ▪ Creation of survey, analysis and creation of support restitution to the CODIR.
