I have successfully executed process and business development projects by working closely with Garanti Technology and other Garanti stakeholders. I have played a key role in project management through driving improvements and optimizing operations in PMO working for call center projects. My responsibilities have included analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and inner-customer satisfaction. Through effective project management, I have led cross-functional teams, coordinated project timelines, and ensured successful project delivery.
