Main Activities and Responsibilities -Extracting and analyzing data from the company’s database to support multiple departments including Procurement, Marketing, Sales, and HR. -Using insights from the data analysis process above to provide strategic recommendations to department managers to solve their problems, inform decision-making, improve their processes and improve business outcomes. -Designing interactive OKR dashboards for monitoring departmental performance within the company. -Building predictive models for forecasting metrics and performance. -Creating and automating reports to interpret key information extracted from data in order to help managers and team leads make better, well-informed and data-driven decisions. -Defining and tracking KPIs to measure business performance and guide decision-making. -Presenting and communicating insights and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders in order to propel the implementation of data-driven strategies and improve the company’s performance.

Main Activities and Responsibilities: -Collating data on energy consumption in clients’ buildings and facilities, and performing data visualization to spot trends and patterns in power consumption. -Using results of the energy consumption analysis above to create reports on energy optimization across sub-systems in order to help clients reduce operating costs. -Building forecasting models to estimate client’s power usage based on their previous energy consumption data, forecasted daily temperatures, solar radiation etc. -Tracking project performance using KPIs such as number of unresolved issues, planned vs. actual hours, on-time completion percentage, budget variance, stakeholder satisfaction, etc. -Managing project stakeholders to align their interests with project goals, and ensuring all parties are satisfied with the project outcomes. -Organizing and conducting project progress meetings with key stakeholders to evaluate project status and resolve outstanding issues or challenges.
