As a Digital PMO Analyst, responsibilities include overseeing project management processes, analysing digital project data, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and providing regular reports to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, track project progress, and identify potential risks. Implement and maintain project management tools, support decision-making through data analysis, and contribute to the overall success of digital projects within the organisation.

As a Central/Portfolio PMO, I was responsible for the comprehensive set-up of the PMO, including the preparation of monthly project review reports and collaboration with Project Managers to capture and report resource requirements. Ensured meticulous tracking of Stage Gate and quality gate processes, facilitating end-to-end work package governance and assurance framework. Prepared and disseminated MI reports, including look ahead reports and RAG status reports for portfolio governance. Actively managed Lessons Log, ensuring formal project closures, subsequent reviews, and thorough documentation of lessons learned. Played a pivotal role in Change Management processes by updating the change log and monitoring impact assessments.

As an Agile PMO, responsibilities included organising and leading weekly/biweekly meetings for risks and issues log reviews, ensuring clear articulation, impact identification, and action plans. Facilitated Scrum of Scrum within the Dev Team and supported the project manager in preparing presentation packs for steering committee meetings. Managed formal gate reviews and sign-off processes during project progression, taking ownership of project document management on SharePoint. Provided comprehensive support for PMO services, general admin support, and ensured compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements. Oversaw project schedule and budget tracking, offering clear and accurate status reporting on resource management/requirements. Assisted in the production and maintenance of program templates, gathered and documented program status information for reporting to governance boards and key stakeholders.

As an IT Junior Project Manager/Project Coordinator, I supported project planning and documentation maintenance, ensuring up-to-date organisational charts and distribution lists. Managed meeting logistics, minute-taking, and action tracking, collaborated with external vendors for systems implementation. Facilitated project checkpoints, progress meetings, and assisted the PMO Manager in maintaining the project portfolio and resource tracking.
