DevOps & Data Security Engineer During my time at HSBC, I was faced with the dual challenge of optimizing sensitive data flows while ensuring their security and compliance. 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗲𝘁 𝗿𝗲́𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀: CFT flows changes were previously managed manually, a time-consuming and error-prone process. I implemented automation with Ansible and AAP, guaranteeing secure and smooth transfers updates, while reducing management time and the risk of human error. 𝗦𝗲́𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲́𝗲𝘀: Another major challenge was the migration of a data obfuscation ETL from Informatica to Python. It wasn't simply a question of transposing an existing process, but of rethinking the approach to reinforce the protection of sensitive data with a modern, flexible language. Thanks to Pandas, I designed a precise mapping for Oracle and Microsoft SQL database tables, guaranteeing consistency, performance and compliance with the strict standards of the banking sector.

Direction Générale des Entreprises is a department of the Ministry of Finance. - 𝗚𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗲 : I played a key role in the redesign and maintenance of a critical EDM application, serving over 60K users. My approach was to improve not only the efficiency but also the security of operations. - 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗲𝘁 𝗿é𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹è𝗺𝗲𝘀 : As interim MOA project manager for three months, I led vital initiatives and coordinated cross-departmental efforts, ensuring business continuity during critical periods. - 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗲𝘁 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁é : I implemented advanced testing and bug tracking practices that significantly improved the quality of deliverables and user satisfaction.

ANCT is a department of the French Ministry of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion. - 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗱𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗹𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲 𝗱𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹 : I joined the team during the project to co-lead the redesign of the Observatoire des Territoires portal, integrating features that radically improved the accessibility and referencing of over 500 pieces of content. - 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗲𝗻 𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘂 : I created guides for the business team, facilitating ongoing management and updates to the site, while training teams to adopt new practices. - 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗲 𝗲𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁é𝗴𝗶𝗲: My participation in the steering committees was crucial in analysing usage data and guiding the strategic decisions that led to continuous improvement of the site.
